As I approached The Old Kent Barn,

it was clear to see why Terry and Lauren had chosen this beautiful venue, it looked magical.

On this chilly November day, the sun was shining and the guests were arriving. Terry looked super calm right up until the big moment. The page boys & flower girls walked down the aisle, followed by the bridesmaids, then the beautiful bride Lauren alongside her dad. As Terry's lip began to wobble and the guests sat back down, this elegant marriage began with an incredibly well spoken poem by Poppy.
A shy Daniel brought forward the rings and not long after we had the new Mr & Mrs Simmons!

Then came confetti and photos before everyone headed back in to the warmth of the barn. While the children were running around playing, the adults hit the bar and then took their seats ready for the food. Next came some of the most perfectly executed speeches (from all the speakers) that had both humour and love woven throughout. One of my personal favourites was from best man Sam ‘Kind Words, a note from Monty’.
