How to book your wedding film.

Hey I'm Scott. Today I will be explaining how to book your wedding film with us. I get lots of questions regarding how to book and all the ins and outs so thought this could potentially help future couples. I’ll be covering everything from deposits, turnaround time and just the general timeline of working with each other.

How To Book So first of all I’d like to think by this stage you’ve watched some of our films and have hopefully liked them enough to think about booking. If so that’s AMAZING and there are lots of ways you can get in touch: - If you are on my website we have a quote request forms on the ‘Prices’ & ‘Contact us’ sections - You can send us a DM on our instagram or Facebook - Or send us an email to reallifevideos@yahoo.com

Deposits & Contracts To secure the date for your special day we ask for a 25% deposit to secure the date and then will send you a contract and invoice over to have a look at before transferring any money. (We like you to be 100% comfortable with everything first). Any remaining payment we ask for at least 30 days prior to your wedding date.

Pre Wedding Now this is when all the fun stuff happens! In the build up to your wedding we will be there for any questions at all (no matter how small) then around a month or so before the big day we will have our consultation, hopefully in person if possible! We do these consultations not only to work out timings and details for the day but mainly to get to know each other a little better. I love to hear all the engagement stories!

Post Wedding After your wedding day, I normally post a small teaser trailer within the next few days for you to watch, then typically we will aim to deliver your film to you in around 8 - 14 weeks. It’s most likely closer to 8 weeks but this just gives a bit of flexibility in the busier part of the wedding season.

We can send you your film in the post or where possible I LOVE to deliver your wedding film in person and even watch it with you. It’s my favourite part of the whole experience! Alternatively I’m just a short walk from Eastbourne beach, so if you fancy a fun day at the seaside followed by a private screening of your film - let me know!

So hopefully this may have answered any initial questions but please do feel free to let me know if you have anything else you'd like to know. Looking forward to hearing from you!
